Privacy notice

This notice covers this website, ghostagentwatch.com, and the Ghost Watch waitlist. The Ghost Watch app will have its own privacy policy when it launches.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect what you type into the form:

• Your work email and your store’s website
• Optionally, how many products you sell and how you track competitors today
• Whether you’re happy to do a call with us
• Where you came from: the campaign tags in the link you followed, or the website that linked to us, and the plan you picked if you came from our pricing page

This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.

Why we collect it

• To invite you to early access and tell you about Ghost Watch
• To understand which brands are interested, so we build the right product
• To arrange a call, if you said yes

We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing.

Who processes it

The waitlist form is handled by Formspree, which stores the submissions and sends them to us. This website is hosted by Render, and our domain’s DNS by Cloudflare.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until we decide not to launch Ghost Watch, whichever comes first.

Your choices

Email hello@ghostagentwatch.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us. Every email we send will also include a way to unsubscribe.

Changes

If we change this notice, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
